The Irorian Registry ("we", "us", or "the Service") is an unofficial fan-made companion tool for Starfinder 2e Organized Play. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Paizo. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

• Account data: your email address and a password you choose when registering.
• Profile data: your display name and Paizo Organized Play number, if you choose to provide them.
• Character & session data: the characters, chronicle sheets, boons, session notes, and related records you create or upload.
• Uploaded files: PDFs and images you submit for AI-assisted scanning and extraction.
• Usage data: anonymized analytics events that help us understand feature usage and improve the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate your sessions.
• To store, display, and process the characters and campaign records you entrust to us.
• To run AI-based extraction on chronicle sheets and session notes you upload.
• To send service-related communications such as account verification and subscription notices.
• To analyze aggregate usage and improve reliability and features.

4. AI Processing

When you upload a chronicle sheet or session notes, we pass that content to third-party AI models to extract structured data. The content you submit is used solely to produce the results returned to you. We do not use your uploaded content to train third-party models.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate — such as hosting, authentication, payment processing, and AI providers — and only as necessary to deliver the Service. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Your character and campaign data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual records at any time. You can request full account deletion, which will remove your data from the Service, by using the account deletion option in the app or by contacting us.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete the personal data associated with your account. Because your records are isolated to your account, you remain in control of your characters and campaign information at all times.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will note the updated date above and, for material changes, provide notice within the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
